Rex Foundation

Was founded by band members of the classic rock band, the Grateful Dead, and has provided tools for cultural preservation and digital literacy to communities around the world through grants and community involvement. Generous support from Rex has helped launch the SunRise Studios Collective and helped with the purchase of equipment for our first three studios.

Be The Change

is a collective of positive, conscious artists all sharing a basic belief in the good of humanity. Their mission is 1) To fundraise in support of humanitarian, international relief, social justice, and environmental projects, and 2) To connect the artists and our combined networks to broadcast crucial information about the issues affecting the planet and shine a light on the needs of activists in the field. SRS is a fiscally- sponsored project of Be The Change.

LEAF Global Arts

Connects cultures and creates community through music, arts education, preservation, and experiences. LEAF Global's ONEmic Studios are a resource for communities sharing their personal stories and using music as a tool of self-expression. LEAF is dedicated to cultural preservation, the fostering of global citizenship, and cultural exchange.

David Satori

Is an internationally recognized multi-talented musician. His bands Beats Antique and Dirtwire, are legendary for their creative innovation in the music experience. He brings to the table the technical know-how needed to facilitate cross-cultural creative collaborations that the studios will offer. David will mentor the participants of SunRise Studios Collective through online and in-person training.

Nick Morgan

Is an activist, an engineer and a project manager working to support social entrepreneurs and local communities develop and build resilience. After serving 11 years as a Civil & Environmental Engineer for the U.S. Government, Nick shifted his focus to community empowerment. Working first with the Greenpeace Global Toxic Trade Campaign and then with many other non-profits over the years, Nick has amplified his efforts to support community engagement and empowerment. In the past two decades, Nick has dedicated his efforts to create sustainable, regenerative communities by collaborating with and empowering community visionaries.

Schree Antoinette

is a cultural preservationist and heritage practitioner. Her passion for safeguarding traditional cultural knowledge, customs, and natural resources is woven through the fabric of her work. This work is centered around her deep love for sustaining cultural diversity within modernizing communities. A primary goal for Schree is to reinforce economic power in communities by supporting art, cultural preservation, and entrepreneurial efforts while nurturing a global sense of identity and empowerment. Currently, she serves as the Global Engagement DrIrector for LEAF Global Arts.
